Adult Sunday School will continue through the summer!

Beginning June 10th, Reverend Curtis Hill will lead us in study of the second half of the book of John.
We will return to a reflection on the ways Christians have imagined Jesus in works of art beginning September 23rd in the 9AM Sunday morning adult class.  Dr. Steven Cooley (History of Christianity, University of Chicago) will lead the discussions which will pick up from last fall’s class with the affect of the Italian Renaissance on our imagination of Jesus. Through this study, it is hoped that our present day faith will benefit from interaction with each other and also  with the faith of past generations in considering how we have imagined our Savior.

Get wired with The Wired Word! Adult Sunday School will begin the new year on January 7th with a contemporary study of Scripture. By utilizing a news article from the previous week, we will discuss the article, apply the news story and discuss some big questions while confronting the news with Scripture and hope. Members will also be provided links to related new items for further thought. Please join us for coffee and discussion beginning at 9am.
